Maybe you’re dealing with ongoing pain, looking to build strength, or wanting to improve how your body performs in sport or everyday life. This is a tailored, 1:1 approach designed around you. Every session adapts to your body, your goals, and your starting point.

My work is grounded in pain neuroscience and movement, helping you understand why your body feels and moves the way it does, and what to do about it. Combining strength training, and neuroscience-based approaches to help you understand your body, reduce pain and build confidence in how you move.
