Intuitive and dynamic. The practice weaves together the breath and the body to awaken and strengthen . Come as you are and move at your own pace.
YOGA SLOW is a slower paced class, a softer energy - think vinyasa with a hint of Yin, still brining movement but with that intention and option to slow things down.
Classes are fun and varied and designed to suit all levels of yogi as poses can be modified to suit everyone. Your body, your practice.
Max 15 per class. All levels welcome.
