✨WINTER SOLSTICE ENERGY RESET ✨
As the longest night of the year approaches, slow down, breathe deeply and gently reset.
Join us for 90 mins of the perfect balance of movement and stillness which will ease you into the transition of the quieter energy of winter with intention and care.
Starting with a slower-paced yoga flow (suitable for all levels) that’s specifically designed to ground your body, calm your mind and support your nervous system. No yoga experience necessary, all you need is yourself, a mat (if you prefer to use your own) and a willingness to slow down.
After a deep and restful savasana, you’ll be guided into a gentle bio-energy healing session, designed to help release stored tension and support your body’s natural energy flow and restore balance. You'll leave feeling lighter, lifted and ready to embrace the winter season. This isn’t about doing more but making space for stillness, intention and rest.
You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, pillow or cushion for extra comfort and maybe some warm layers (you’ll be still for a little while!) Bricks and blocks are available for that extra bit of support.
✨Spaces are limited for that extra winter cosy feel. . . and if you fancy it, you're welcome to stay afterwards for a cup of herbal tea and a festive treat✨
What is Bio-Energy Healing?
Bio-energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works with the body’s natural energy system to help release blockages, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
Our bodies are made up of energy - not just in a metaphorical sense, but in a very real, biological way. When we experience stress, injury, emotional overwhelm or burnout, our natural energy flow can become disrupted or stuck.
Bio-energy healing works to restore balance by encouraging the free flow of energy throughout the body, returning it to a state of equilibrium.
During a session, the therapist may use light touch or work slightly off the body to help clear stagnant energy and stimulate the body’s own healing response. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, grounding and restorative and often feeling lighter, more centred or emotionally released afterward.
Bio energy healing isn't about fixing or diagnosing, it's about creating the right conditions for your body to reset, recharge, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease and vitality.

This slow, grounding flow weaves mindful, intentional, fluid movement to create space and time for deep release, blending the gentle flow of a slower-paced vinyasa with the stillness of yin yoga.
Soften into each pose - soothe the nervous system, open the body, and quiet the mind.
Melt away tension and let go and return to a place of inner stillness. Allow yourself to slow down, settle in and just be.

Root to Rise drop in pass £12

In this softer yet still intentional vinyasa flow, we root down through mindful breath and embodied movement, creating the foundation from which we rise.
This class weaves together slow, fluid sequences, grounding postures, and spacious breathwork to support inner stillness. Expect nourishing movement, moments of stillness, and space to reconnect with your body and mind.
All levels welcome.

This 45 min practice will have you moving from one pose to the next with consideration, fluidity and intention. Use the space on your mat to get deeper into the space in your body. Working the whole body from top to bottom, you’ll feel energised and alive. 45 mins. All levels welcome.
CLASS DETAILS
Join my classes and boost both your energy and your mood! Each class is no more than 8 students - allowing me to support everyone to feel feel confident, comfortable and safe in class. You will each receive my individual attention so you can move your body with yoga flows and poses that will increase your flexibility and strength. My small, friendly classes are suitable for all levels - I offer full support for beginners and challenge for those who want more, so you can progress to happier, healthier bodies and minds!
Each class will guide you through a gentle warm up to ground into the body, moving into a more dynamic vinyasa flow, then slowly bringing the energy down towards savanasa. Options and modifications are available for varying levels of intensity depending on whether you feel like a more gentle flow or you want to add in a bit more spice and bring a bit more fire to your practice!
Everything I am guiding in class is just a suggestion so you can take what you need and leave the rest, allowing the practice to feel good in your body. Your body, your practice. I love taking the more traditional poses of yoga, incorporating more somatic based movement - moving with full-body awareness, focusing on feeling into the body and connecting the mind to the body and the breath. I love creating new movement classes centred around the yoga asanas (poses) but also bringing a bit of playfulness to the mat!
Mats can provided or if you love to use your own, feel free! (please let me know via the booking form if you would like to borrow a mat).

I’m hoping the Wild Yoga Tribe can help people slow down and become more present in the moment and in life. My classes are suitable for all levels and are kept to a small group of yogis to help you build confidence, both inside and out, whether you are an experienced yogi or are just starting out on your yoga journey.
If, like me, you can find yourself a little overwhelmed now and again and are looking to take some time to connect with your inner self whilst at the same time building a strong body and working on mobility, strength, flexibility and balance, both mentally and physically then this I hope will be for you.
