Thrive: yoga + somatic movement for strength, power +longevity
Thrive is a yoga and somatic movement experience designed for women of every age who want to feel strong in their bodies, powerful in their daily lives and supported through every stage of life. This class blends mindful movement, breathwork and restorative practices to help you build strength, mobility, confidence and long-term resilience.
This class is for all women, maybe you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, maybe you just love to move your body like me, or maybe you're just looking to find that body, breath soul connection. This is a supportive space to move, grow and feel your best.
Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for longevity. Through intentional yoga and somatic practices, you’ll cultivate strength, flexibility and mental clarity while at the same time reducing stress and creating sustainable resilience.
Classes are accessible for all levels, with modifications offered for every pose so you can honour your body and choose what feels right for you. Each session is designed to help you:
🧘♀️build strong, functional muscles
🧘♀️improve mobility and balance
🧘♀️reduce stress and calm the mind
🧘♀️support hormonal health and emotional wellbeing
🧘♀️enhance sleep, focus, memory, and mental clarity
🧘♀️ease pain, tension, and back discomfort
🧘♀️strengthen your pelvic floor
🧘♀️boost energy and mood
🧘♀️support healthy ageing and long-term vitality
What you’ll experience
With a mix of yoga, somatic movement, meditation and breathwork, Thrive supports the whole body and nervous system. Every class helps you cultivate the kind of strength that endures, in your muscles and your mindset.
Guided by yogic principles like aparigraha (non-attachment) and santosha (contentment), the practice encourages presence, self-compassion, and openness to change. You’ll learn to let go of expectations (and the ego!) and step into your own evolving power.
Small group support
Classes are intentionally kept small, maximum 8 women, so you receive personalised attention, guidance, and space to explore your practice safely and confidently. Your body. Your pace. Your practice.
